Have you ever been to an interview and you just couldn't come up with the right answers? Well, let me tell you, these candidates sure had no problem with that! When asked about their strengths, they came up with the most generic answers like "I am hardworking" and "I am responsible". I mean, who would have thought of that, right?

But the real gem here is the question about what would they do if they caught a student cheating. One candidate suggested that they would "ask the student why he or she cheated". Um, excuse me sis, but isn't it quite obvious why someone would cheat in the first place? Maybe they didn't study? Or maybe they just wanted to finish the test faster? I don't know about you, but I don't think asking that question is going to solve anything.

Another candidate suggested that they would "ask the student to take off his or her shoes and confirm if they cheated using a cheat sheet written on the sole of their shoes". Now, I don't know about y'all but this one had me in stitches! I mean, do you really think a student would be that dumb to hide a cheat sheet on their shoes? Or maybe they just didn't have pockets to hide the cheat sheet in? Either way, it's a bold move, Cotton.

Overall, I think we can all agree that these candidates definitely gave us a good laugh. But on a serious note, let's hope that the school actually found a qualified supervisor who knows how to handle situations like catching a student cheating better than these candidates did. And let's also hope that they don't ask them to take off their shoes, 'cause that's just plain weird.
